High Temperature and High Pressure Visual Sand Bed Filtration Loss Tester
The high-temperature and high-pressure visual sand bed filtration loss tester has a maximum operating temperature of up to 200°C and a maximum operating pressure of up to 20MPa; the filtration loss cylinder volume reaches 1000ml. The filtration loss cylinder is equipped with a dedicated filter screen with a filtration area of 3165mm², eliminating the need for filter paper. The cylinder body is cylindrical and transparent. The upper part of the filtration loss cylinder has a cup cover that can be connected to the gas source through a valve stem, and the pressure can be adjusted to the target value via an adjustment valve. After heating the filtration loss cylinder to a constant temperature, the temperature accuracy is ±0.5°C. During the test, gas enters the upper part of the filtration loss cylinder through the upper intake valve stem. The penetration depth of the test liquid in the sand bed can be visually measured through the transparent observation windows on both sides of the filtration loss cylinder.
