PDC Tooth Cutting Test System Under High Temperature and Surrounding Pressure

The PDC tooth cutting test system under high temperature and confining pressure is a testing device that simulates the linear motion of PDC under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is used to conduct experimental tests on the linear cutting and rock-breaking motion of single and multiple PDC teeth. The single PDC tooth can be adjusted to multiple angles through a clamping device, the cutting speed can be adjusted via a speed control device, and the cutting depth can be adjusted using a specially designed rock fixture. Additionally, hydraulic cylinders applying end-face stress are arranged on the non-cutting surface, enabling the study of PDC cutter forces under triaxial rock stress conditions.
