High-throughput deep-sea in situ simulation experimental device

(1) Extreme Environment Simulation System: The autoclave is made of Hastelloy, with pressure resistance ≥50MPa and corrosion resistance. It can achieve a wide temperature control range of 0~150°C through PID temperature control program and circulating constant temperature bath, simultaneously maintaining 50MPa pressure and 150°C high temperature to simulate deep-sea environments. (2) Multi-channel Testing System: Equipped with a Φ50mm diamond window transparent to X-rays, supporting synchronous mechanical and electrochemical testing. (3) Precision Mechanical Loading System: Under a load of 0~10KN, it supports multiple modes including slow stretching, constant load, and 0.2Hz cyclic loading, with load accuracy of ±50N and displacement range of 20mm. (4) High-pressure Electrochemical Workstation: The three-electrode system integrates a high-pressure reference electrode, auxiliary electrode, and working electrode resistant to 50MPa/150°C, capable of real-time precise measurement of dissolved oxygen, pH, conductivity, and other parameters.
