Proppant Flow Capacity Tester
This device can perform artificial core liquid phase permeability testing:
(1) Saturation: Saturate the artificial core sample with the fluid to be tested (such as water or oil) to ensure that the fluid can smoothly pass through the pores of the core during the test;
(2) Set test conditions: Place the saturated core sample in the core holder and set the required temperature, pressure, and other conditions for the test;
(3) Fluid flow: Apply a certain pressure difference to the core sample through the core holder, causing the fluid to flow through the core sample under the pressure difference;
(4) Data collection: Record the flow rate and pressure difference of the fluid passing through the core, as well as parameters such as the time during the test process;
(5) Data analysis: Calculate permeability according to Darcy's law.
