Wax Deposition and Pigging Loop Experimental Device

This device is mainly used to determine the wax deposition rate of different crude oil samples under certain temperature conditions and flow states. It is a professional instrument for evaluating the effectiveness of crude oil wax inhibitors and wax reduction. It features a closed-loop circulation system, where parameters such as fluid flow rate and temperature in the pipeline are set to induce wax deposition. A tension meter is used to assess the wax deposition inside the pipeline, providing a reliable basis for pipeline wax prevention design. (1) Capable of measuring parameters such as pressure drop, friction gradient, and shear rate under different pipe diameters, temperatures, and pressure conditions. (2) Supports real-time data acquisition, processing, display, recording, storage, and printing. (3) Can simulate on-site construction flow rates. (4) Capable of conducting high-pressure closed-loop circulation tests.
