High Temperature and High Pressure Sealing Performance Evaluator
This simulation experimental device can conduct temporary plugging and pressure-bearing capacity tests under simulated formation temperature and pressure conditions, providing a new method for research on temporary plugging diversion fracturing and repeated fracturing technologies. By modifying the core holder, it can perform simulation experiments such as core liquid phase displacement. The main functions are as follows:
(1) Simulate real reservoir conditions (such as reservoir pressure, temperature, etc.) to carry out fracture plugging and pressure-bearing simulation experiments in rock samples with different fracture apertures;
(2) Based on function (1), evaluate temporary plugging agents to obtain the plugging and pressure-bearing capacities of different types, particle sizes, and shapes of temporary plugging agents;
(3) Simulate field conditions (such as formation pressure, temperature, etc.) to measure the maximum plugging load capacity of plugging materials.
