Liquid Nitrogen Freezing Drill
The liquid nitrogen freezing coring system achieves water circulation through water supply equipment or uses a liquid nitrogen tank and liquid nitrogen pump for cooling and freezing. Water or liquid nitrogen pipelines are connected to the drilling sleeve and guided to the drill bit and rock sample surface to prevent overheating of the drill bit and rock sample, thereby enabling rapid and efficient rock sample drilling. Circulating water or liquid nitrogen cools the core sample and also prevents dust dispersion during coring, optimizing the operating environment. The equipment is equipped with a cross slide plate that can move horizontally and vertically. To prevent sediment from blocking the drainage, a three-stage sedimentation tank is installed to settle the sediment. The equipment uses a fully sealed cabinet with a front viewing window, internal spotlights, and a dust removal device to absorb dust generated during drilling.
