Hydrogenation Unit
The device uses a series reaction method with a preheater and a reactor. The preheater heats the medium in advance to a temperature slightly lower than the reaction temperature of the medium, so there is no reaction in the preheater. Once entering the reactor and reaching the reaction temperature, the reaction occurs immediately. This shortens the time the medium takes to reach the reaction temperature inside the reactor. Under the action of the catalyst, it ensures that hydrogen and the reaction liquid fully and completely react. The reactor can be divided into a preheating section, an isothermal section, and an insulation section. For an open-type heating furnace, three-stage temperature control is used to ensure the stability of the isothermal zone required for the reaction. The preheating section can preheat the raw materials and balance the heat dissipation from the isothermal section to maintain the stability of the isothermal zone. The isothermal section ensures the catalyst reacts within a constant temperature region, and the insulation section balances the heat dissipation of the isothermal section to maintain the stability of the isothermal zone.
